Wayfarer Solitaire (Ranikhet): Located 90 km away from Kathgodam railway station, on the highway connecting Ranikhet to Kausani, this recently constructed resort offers 4 rooms, all well furnished and each with an individual terrace to enjoy the charming scenery. A well equipped restaurant offers Indian and Continental cuisine.

Getting to Wayfarer Solitaire, one can take any of the following options:

• Drive from Delhi via Moradabad, Kashipur and Ramnagar: 10 hours
• Drive from Delhi via Moradabad, Haldwani and Bhowali: 10 hours
• Overnight air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Kathgodam (arriving at 0615 hr.) and then 3 hr. drive via Bhowali.
• Overnight non air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Ramnagar (arriving at 0500 hr.) and then 3 hr. drive to Ranikhet.
• Upon reaching Ranikhet drive towards Golf Course and take the road to Kausani going left, drive for 6 km to village Chaukhony. The resort is located at Chaukhony by the highway.
