Wayfarer Mountain Resort (Munsyari): Situated in the extreme North around 110 km beyond Vijaypur, 285 km from Kathgodam and 230 km from Ranikhet, and surrounded by the Panch Chulli range, the Mountain Resort is the gateway to the world famous Nanda Devi base camp, Milam and Ralam glaciers. Getting to Wayfarer Mountain Resort, one can take any of the following options:

• Drive from Nainital or Ranikhet via Almora, Bageshwar & Chaukori to Munsyari: 8 hours

• Drive from Vijaypur (Chaukori) via Thal to Munsyari: 4½ hours
