Day 1 - Arrive in Delhi .
Yoga in India Meet on arrival, followed by traditional welcome and transfer to your prebooked hotel.

Day 2- Delhi .
Afternoon you will be met by our Yoga instructor for a preliminary session. Dinner at Baujee ka Dhaba, Haus Kausz, New Delhi.

Day 3 - Amristsar
Early morning proceed for Amritsar by train. Breakfast on board. Lunch at Hotel. Afternoon witness religious ceremonies of the Sikhs at the Golden Temple.

Day 4 -Amritsar - Dharamsala
Arrive Dharamsala and transfer to your prebooked hotel. Evening meditation led by the Yoga Instructor.

Day 5 - Dharamsala
Early morning walk to Dalai Lama monastery. Meditation walk around temple. After breakfast walking tour of Dharamsala's monasteries / prayer wheel. Evening talk & meditation at Tushita Meditation Center.

Day 6 - Dharamsala - Chandigarh
Depart for Chandigarh , enroute visit Norbolinka Monastery where you will have lunch. If time permits, visit Rock Garden in Chandigarh. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7 - Chandigarh - Rishikesh - Haridwar
Depart for Rishikesh. Lunch at hotel, stroll around ghats. Evening drive to Haridwar to witness the Aarti at the Ganges. Overnight at Rishikesh in the Ashram.

Day 8 - Rishikesh
Early morning Hatha Yoga Class at Omkarananda yoga social palace. Walking tour across Lakshman Jhula Bridge, Ved Niketan, Omkarananda and Vanprasth and culminating at Triveni, evening chanting at Shivanada Ashram.

Day 9 - Rishikesh - Delhi
Early morning Hatha Yoga class; breakfast at hotel; depart for Delhi by surface. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 10 - Delhi
Today you will visit India Gate, Palaces, Red Fort, Lal Mandir, Gauri-Sankar Temple, Lakshmi-Narayana Temple, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid; Hazarat Nizzamuddin. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 11 - Delhi - Vrindavan - Mathura - Agra
After Breakfast Depart Delhi by surface for Mathura. Lunch at Hotel in Mathura and visit Krishna temple and the birthplace of Lord Krishna, drive to Vrindavan and ISCON Temple.

Meditation in South India

Day 12 - Agra
Early morning sunrise visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal. Independent morning. After lunch sightseeing tour of Agra city. Return to Taj Mahal till sunset.

Day 13 - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Early morning depart for Jaipur by surface enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 14 - Jaipur
Morning experience worship at Sri Govinda Deva Temple. Afterwards, visit Hawa Mahal , Jal Mahal , the City Palace, and Jantar Mantar.

Day 15 - Jaipur-Pushkar
After Breakfast the day is free to shop/relax. After lunch, drive to Pushkar.

Day 16 - Pushkar
Early morning yoga class by the lake and walk to Brahma Temple, Enjoy relaxing by the lake, sunset drumming by the lake.

Day 17 - Ajmer-Mt. Abu
After Breakfast departs Pushkar for Ajmer, visit Mosque. Depart for Mt Abu. Evening Yoga & meditation led by instructor.

Day 18 - Mt. Abu
Morning visit Brahma Kumaris Ashram, International center and spiritual university afterwards visit the Jain temples.

Day 19 - Mt. Abu-Udaipur
After breakfast Depart for Udaipur, enroute visit Ranakpur Jain Temples. Arrive Udaipur and transfer to your prebooked hotel.

Day 20 - Udaipur
After Breakfast Full day sightseeing including morning visit to Nagada and Ekaling-Ji, the City Palace, gardens & bazaar, Pichola Lake, Jagdish Mandira temple.

Day 21 - Udaipur - Mumbai
Transfer from the hotel to the Domestic Airport to board flight for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai Meeting and assistance and then proceed straight for Half day City Tour visit Gateway of India, Elephanta, late Evening Dinner at Hotel and transfered to the International Airport to board flight for onward Destination.
